Tobacco License

Requirements


A tobacco dealer license is required for any business or person that sells or offers for sale at retail and/or through vending machines, gives away, or delivers tobacco products (cigarettes, cigars, pipe tobacco, snuff, chewing tobacco, etc.) within the City.

This is an annual license from May 1 through April 30.

Application Fee Required
The application fee is $125.00.

For a Tobacco Dealer License to be issued, submit an application to the City Clerk's office.
