Rock Island Parks and Recreation is now enrolling for summer and 2018/19 school year Preschool Programs held at the Rock Island Fitness and Activity Center.

RIFAC preschool programs are based on the premise that children learn through play. Play stimulates and organizes cognitive learning and when shared with other children, play aids socialization. Play helps children master stress, conflicts and concerns. Play, in terms of exploration, initiation, testing and construction, is truly a child’s work.
