HEALTH CODE BOARD OF APPEALS

Duties
The Health Code Board of Appeals consists of (5) members and it exists to hear and decide all appeals from enforcement decisions made by the Chief Building Inspector or his designated representative in enforcing the Health Code, to determine from a public health standpoint revocation of any license issued to any person engaged in the handling, distribution or serving of food within the corporate limits of the City, and to hear and decide appeals on the interpretations of the provisions of the City Code.

Term
Three years.
