PROPERTY MAINTENANCE BOARD OF APPEALS
Duties
The Property Maintenance Board of Appeals consists of (5) members and (2) or more alternate members and it exists to determine that the true intent of the Code of Ordinances or rules legally adopted there under have been correctly interpreted, that the provisions of these codes fully apply, or the requirements of these codes are fully satisfied by other means.
Term
Three years.
