Board Responsibilities
The Property Maintenance Board of Appeals consists of five members and two or more alternate members. It determines that the true intent of the Code of Ordinances or rules legally adopted have been correctly interpreted, that the provisions of these codes fully apply, and that the requirements of these codes are fully satisfied by other means.
