Records Clerk
The Record Clerk maintains the safe keeping of all the Police Department’s records. Other duties include:
  • Subpoena preparation
  • Seals and expungements
  • Records checks for city and state officials

To Obtain a Police Report
To obtain a copy of a police report, fill out a Freedom of Information form available at City Hall. All Freedom of Information requests shall be submitted to the office of the City Clerk located on the first floor in City Hall.

Fees for Reports
No fees are imposed for the first 50 pages of black and white, letter, or legal sized copies. A fee of $0.15 per side is charged for any additional pages and/or for color, abnormal size, or electronic copies. Please note that it may take up to five working days for a report copy to be obtained.
