Bids shall be on per structure segregated basis. All structures on the bid are not guaranteed to be awarded.

The City of Rock Island, Illinois, will receive Bids until 11:00 a.m., prevailing time, on the 8th day of December 2023, at City Hall, 1528 Third Avenue, Rock Island, IL 61201.

A Mandatory walkthrough is required for your bids to be considered. Walkthrough is Wednesday, November 22, at 10:00 am and will begin at 2523-2525 6^th Avenue, followed by 1324 15^th Street, 1037 16^th Street, 1519 12^th Street, and ending at 506 13^th Avenue. All properties located in the City of Rock Island.
