    Join us for the 32nd Annual Family Fun Day! Family Fun Day is a community event celebrating all cultures, and strength in neighborhoods and families. This year’s event will feature a parade, food and merchant vendors, informational booths, a 3-on-3 basketball tournament, live entertainment and plenty of activities for youth and families. This is a free event. Everyone is welcome! Parade begins at 10:00 am at Frances Willard Elementary School, and heads north on 9th Street. All registrations and payments for the parade (no fee), to register as a vendor ($100 for food vendors, $50 for merchants), or to reserve an informational booth (no fee), are due by August 14, 2019.

    Experience a variety of drop-in art projects with your two-to-five-year old. We'll supply an apron and FUN. Each child gets to pick out a free book to take home. No charge to attend, registration not needed. Hug-A-Book is the library's early learning series for young children, funded by the Merrill Harris Memorial Fund of the RI Public Library Foundation.
