1. Mayor Thoms will call the meeting to order.

2. Roll Call.
           
  3. Report from the City Clerk regarding a request from RIBCO, Inc. for approval of outdoor concerts on the Plaza for Saturday, May 27, 2017 and Sunday, May 28, 2017 from 6:00 p.m. until 12:30 a.m. (Motion whether or not to approve the events as recommended.)
 4. Motion to adjourn to 6:45 p.m., Monday, June 5, 2017.
