The Rock Island Downtown Library, 401 19th Street, is closed immediately on Monday, December 15 due to a water pipe break.
The Downtown Library closing is expected to last throughout the day.. Library branches are open as usual. The Watts-Midtown Branch, 2715 30th Street, is open from 9 am to 8 pm, and the Southwest Branch is open from noon to 8:00 pm.
