Fans of local history and nostalgia get a second chance to explore the memories on the Retro Quad Cities site with a return visit to Rock Island Library on February 26.
David Sebben, Retro Quad Cities site administrator, presents A Look Back through History with Retro Quad Cities on Monday, February 26, from 5:30 to 7:30 pm at the Rock Island Downtown Library, 401 19th Street.
The program will feature many stories and pictures that Sebben didn't have time to cover in his January library presentation. Attendees can expect a look at Rock Island and Milan history through all new stories and pictures. With more than 39,000 followers, the regional Facebook page is a favorite for showcasing photos and stories from local history.
The event is free and open to the public.
