STARTING SALARY: $58,383.00

HOURS OF WORK: Full Time – variable hours

Minimum Requirements: Requires knowledge, skill and mental development equivalent to four (4) years of high school plus ability to successfully pass a physical agility test, written and oral examination, background security investigation, drug testing, psychological exam and medical examination. Candidates must have a valid driver’s license and be 21 years of age upon appointment. Persons over 34 years of age are not eligible to apply as stated in 65 ILCS 5/10-2.1-6. Selected candidate must meet residency requirement, which includes a thirty-mile radius on the Illinois side of Rock Island and fall within a 60 minute commute time within 6 months after completing one (1) year probation period.
