The City of Rock Island Community and Economic Development Department is holding an open house for the newly rehabilitated property located at 1435 15th Avenue. The City purchased the property at tax auction sale in 2019.
Due to the stable condition of the house, it was determined that this house would be an eligible candidate for rehabilitation and sale to an income qualified home buyer as part of the City’s commitment to completing and providing Rock Island Residents with decent, safe, and affordable housing opportunities.
The open house will be held on October 13, 2021 for 10:30 to 1:30, all are welcome.
