City-wide trick-or-treating will take place on Thursday, Oct. 31 from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. Participating households are asked to turn on porch and outdoor lights and make sure walkways are well lit and free of debris or tripping hazards. For safety reasons, please do not hand out homemade food or treats. Pre-packaged candy and treats only.
