Third Ward Ald. Linda Barnes will host a listening session to hear public comments regarding her request to suspend the Social Services Ordinance, which will be presented at Monday’s City Council meeting. Residents and stakeholders are encouraged to attend and share their perspectives at that time.

The meeting will take place Thursday, Jan. 8 at 6 p.m. in Rock Island City Council Chambers on the third floor of City Hall, 1528 Third Ave.
