What is the difference between cart path only and the 90 degree rule with carts?
“Cart path only” means you may not take the carts off the cart path at any time. The “90 degree rule” allows you to drive to a point even with your ball on the path, and take the cart 90 degrees to your ball and directly back to the path. Golf Rules
