How accurate are the maps in displaying the features on them?
The maps are a visual representation of data and are not survey accurate. They should be used as a tool which displays spatial information in the form of features and symbology.

How do I obtain information on my lot dimensions?
The City can copy printed information from County Parcel Maps. Or you can get the information directly from the Rock Island G.I.S. Department.

Can the City locate my property lines?
No, you must hire a surveyor.
