The National Weather Service’s Advanced Hydrologic Prediction Service provides Mississippi River levels at Rock Island. The river forecasts take into account past precipitation and the precipitation amounts expected approximately 24 hours into the future from the forecast issuance time.

Sunset Marina does not offer any type of boat rental.

Public boat launch ramps are available at the north end of Sunset Park.
