The Rock Island Downtown Library is the historic library headquarters, offering: 

• Majority of the library's all-ages collection for checkout, including books, music, movies, magazines, and a Library of Things; 
• Public computing, WiFi, printing, and copying
• Centralized operations that make the library work, including all library departments and overall library administration
• 2nd floor Community Room for library programming and public booking 

Interlibrary delivery, online services, and outreach, including the library's mobile Library2Go bookmobile are also managed from this location. For other services, please see the library website.
