The Watts-Midtown Branch is the library's newest location, offering one-stop convenience in a shared building with the Rock Island YMCA. The branch offers a modest browsing collection for all ages, along with easy pickup of materials from other locations. Other branch amenities include: 

• Public computing, WiFi, printing, and copying
• Designated teen area
• Multiple study areas, including 2 private rooms
• Conference room for library events and public booking
• Large auditorium for library events and public booking
