Swimming Pool

RIFAC features a 25 yard, 6 lane regulation swimming pool with a diving board. The pool depth ranges from 3.5 feet to 10 feet deep. The pool hosts water fitness classes for swimmers and non-swimmers, youth swimming lessons, a whirlpool for members 14 and older, lap swim, rentals, handicap accessibility, and open family swim. For safety reasons, children 8 and under are required to be accompanied by an adult.

Whirlpool

The whirlpool at RIFAC is a perfect place to relax after a workout or just relax in general. It seats 26 people, is kept at 104 degrees, and is open during open swim, lap swim and water exercise times. The whirlpool is closed during swim lessons.
