The projects listed below are available for download at no cost. If you choose to download the plans / specs, please make sure that you download all files listed for that project. It will also be your responsibility to check back for any addendums that may be posted.

Responsible Bidder: The City of Rock Island requires contractors to submit a Contractor Application for Responsible Bidder Requirements (PDF) for construction projects, new facilities or renovation of current facilities and road projects over twenty thousand dollars ($20,000.00). The completed form can be submitted electronically to pubworksmail@rigov.org or mailed to City of Rock Island, Public Works Department, Attention City Engineer, 1309 Mill Street, Rock Island, IL 61201. It shall be the sole responsibility of the contractor to comply with all the submission requirements either prior to or at the time it submits its bid to the City of Rock Island.
