A Rover Permit may be purchased at the cost of $80 per month. This permit allows vehicles to park in any downtown parking location for any length of time. This permit cannot be used to park in handicapped parking spaces, loading zones, no parking zones, bus lanes, fire lanes, or other restricted parking areas.

A Daily/Visitor Permit may be purchased at the cost of $5 per day. This permits vehicles to park in any downtown parking location for any length of time. This permit cannot be used to park in handicapped parking spaces, loading zones, no parking zones, bus lanes, fire lanes, or other restricted parking areas.

A Construction Permit may be purchased at the cost of $20 per month. This permit is allowed for construction purposes only. Construction Permits are not to be used to provide transportation to and from work.

A Residential Permit is purchased by residents whose property abuts or is adjacent to a designated residential parking only area. The cost is $5 per year.

Permits may be purchased at the Finance Department located in City Hall at 1528 Third Avenue.
