Recycling Tires & Old Appliances
The
Rock Island County Waste Management Agency (RICWMA) has selected Weikert Iron and Metal Recycling as the contractor for the Appliance and Used Tire Pick-Up Program.
Schedule a Pick-Up
Rock Island County residents may dispose of old appliances and residential generated tires, with rims removed, at no charge by scheduling a pick-up. Call (877) 934-5378 or visit the
Weikert Recycling website for disposal information and to make an appointment.
Restrictions
There is a maximum of four appliances per household per year and a maximum of 10 tires per household per year.
