The Board shall have the responsibilities and powers provided by the Storm Water Control Ordinance and other applicable sections of the Code of Ordinances to determine and vary the requirements and regulations of the Storm Water Control Ordinance in harmony with their general purpose and intent regarding the Ordinance. This Board shall uphold, modify, or overrule the decision of the Public Works Director.
