Meetings

  • Meets year-round
  • All meetings are held at the Rock Island Fitness & Activity Center (4303 24th Street) unless noted on meeting notices at 4:30 pm.
  • Meeting notices are posted on or before the Friday before the meeting. 
  • The meeting schedule may be modified as needed to accommodate event planning.

Board Responsibilities

The Labor Day Parade Advisory Board plans and coordinates the annual Labor Day Parade. Applications must be submitted, with fee, at least one week before Labor Day Weekend.
